Throughout this one-day workshop, the horses and I will help you discover what’s happening in your mind and body.

They will lead you on a path of reawakening your creativity and imagination. Finally, you’ll allow yourself to dream again!

We’ll have circle time, quiet time for journaling, and active time working with the horses.

You’ll get to experience feeling seen, heard, and witnessed by a like-minded group of women who understand what you are going through.

No horse experience required and no riding involved
