About Cindy
For as long as I can remember, horses have been my teachers.
Not just in skill.
Not just in leadership.
But in truth.
For decades, I worked in the world of horsemanship — helping women build confidence, communicate clearly, and feel capable around their horses. I loved that work. It shaped me. It deepened me.
But over time, something became clear.
The most powerful shifts were never about technique.
Again and again, I witnessed this:
When a woman’s nervous system settles, the horse responds.
When she stops performing, connection deepens.
When she feels steady inside, everything changes.
The deeper work has always been about helping women come home to themselves.
Today, I create intimate, experiential gatherings where women rediscover their rootedness, their calm, and their quiet strength — supported by the steady presence of my herd.
This work is grounded, embodied, and relational.
It isn’t about striving.
It’s about feeling safe in your own body.
My herd lives in community. They regulate together. They communicate through space, posture, and presence. They don’t perform — and they don’t pretend.
In their company, something softens.
And when something softens, something real can emerge.
If you are a woman who feels capable but tired…
Strong but braced…
Accomplished but longing for steadiness…
You are welcome here.
