Cancellation Policy

Because space is intentionally limited and preparation begins well before the workshop, all registrations are non-refundable.

If you’re unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to another person with prior approval.

If HeartSoul Ranch must cancel or reschedule the workshop for any reason, participants will receive the option of a full refund or credit toward a future event.
